Rye Hills Academy is a part of the North East Learning Trust and is seeking to appoint a dedicated and professional Attendance Manager who will work alongside the pastoral team to support young people and raise achievement by improving attendance and engagement. The successful candidate will:
- minimum 5 GCSE’s, or equivalent, at A*-C including Maths and English
- have previous experience as an attendance officer or similar demanding administrative roles
- have a good level of administrative and computer skills
- have excellent communication skills
- be self-motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking and flexible in their approach with a pro-active approach to problem solving.

Shortlisting will take place Friday 1st April with interviews taking place week Tuesday 5th April.
